Boba Fett is back and is actually an ally this time around. Fennec Shand also survived and we also got confirmation that Jango was an actual Mandalorian.

jango being a foundling is pretty much his old backstory, lit. hopefully this means we can also un-retcon mandalorians training the clones and give clones their mandalorian culture back <3

The only person to ever say Jango wasn't a Mandalorian was Alemc. Need I remind you Alemc isn't exactly a trusthworthy of reliable person? Of course he says Jango isn't a true Mando. He wasn't born on Mandalore. Death Watch hated foundlings, iirc.
