an upscaleish mens wear store opened a physical location down the street from me (i live downtown of a big city)

so i took the opportunity to buy TONS of clothes online and just return them in store since it was instantaneous refunds

i went in a bunch and returned thousands and thousands of dollars worth of clothing. eventually all the workers started giving me dirty looks and daggers

pure speculation but i'm guessing they get paid commission and get it taken out if you make a return in store

so i couldn't take the fuck you eyes any more and just mailed my return in instead this time

You can, but you're also the person who ends up making rules stricter for everyone. People who don't care the annoyance they are as long as it's not breaking a rule put in place. Because the rules of decency aren't written down.

"Show me where it says I can't fill this container I brought from home with sauce!"

Now everyone is limited to 2 sauces.

Shit like that.

I'm aware I'm making a mountain out of a molehill but sometimes what's a molehill to you is a mountain to someone else. But at least you get to play fashion show in the convenience of your own home.

i don't care for rules, a lot of them are flat out stupid. i just try to avoid legal trouble
