I ordered Crash 4 because they had the lowest price on Black Friday. Online only, despite them having copies in store (at regular price if bought in store) I had to wait for another copy to get shipped to the store which took a week.

Get the email saying it arrived, it says I have to check in on the app or call the number on the sign in the parking lot and someone will bring it out to me. Check the app, no option to let them know Im there. Call the number on the sign, literally got a message saying their mail box was full. So I go inside, go to their pick up area, tell them the issue. Turns out because it was a Black Friday deal it was kept in another area, had to follow an employee to the back room to get it.

...why they gotta make shit so complicated?
