If we're talking "worst," there are other contenders based on other factors. Like, North Dakota has the worst ratio of good people vs terrible people. The majority of the population moved there to try to get rich off of natural gas, and they're just awful people. I'm sure there are some decent people there that were just unfortunate enough to be born and raised there, but the awful people outnumber them greatly. --- My sister's dog bit a hole in my Super Mario Land cartridge.
