Had to call the cops on the church two weeks ago because a couple months ago the pastor knocked on my door to ask if it would be okay if the church had a special outdoor service that Sunday. Naturally, I said sure. No big deal. It's one Sunday. Get your worship on. So they set up all the equipment for their music and the podium with speakers to preach. I expect it to be a little noisy. That's until the congregation got there. They filled the parking lot up and even parked a line of cars next to my fucking living room window. The music was fine. The preaching was fine. What I had an issue with was these jackasses laying on their horns to show appreciation for their pastor's preaching. I mean they lay on the fuckers right next to my ear hole while I'm trying to do schoolwork. They must have enjoyed themselves, because this shit turned into an every-Sunday ordeal. Not a special occasion. I politely went over three times to ask them to quiet the horn honking down and they were all too nice to my face but started right back up when I left. This went on for seven weeks until I had to actually call the cops on a church with a noise complaint. This is a residential neighborhood, too.
