Personally, its almost as important as the game itself being good. There are a only very few games Ive played that I very much enjoyed but have no replay value in my eyes (Origami King is the most recent).

Not really. Some of my favorite I've only played once.

Its more important to me now then when I was younger

I used to love CoD campaigns for example. But theyre so linear with no replay value whatsoever that now I cant stand them

Depends on the length. If I can get 150 hours replayability is not as important

I guess this is a good point. A massive project of a game is something I could comfortably not touch again for a while even if I loved it lol

Little to none. I rarely play a game twice.

Low priority these days. I generally move on once I've done a playthrough now.

It used to be huge, but nowadays its not that important. My backlog is so massive that I don't really have too much time to replay games that I've already beaten.

Yeah, I used to linger on games after beating them (if I beat them), but I've been moving on quickly lately. Yakuza 0 and Desperados III have been exceptions to that rule, though.

None any more. Games are coming out faster than I can play

Guess who's starting FarCry 5 and the first new Doom this month

Well the thing is, is if I really really like a game, I'll replay it anyway so it's kind of a moot point.

I rarely play games more than once to completion these days, so I don't really care about replayability. As long as it's good the first time I'm happy.

It's a quintessential element to being considered a time-tested classic. I cannot in good conscience keep a game in my Top 10 if I've only played it through once or if it fails to leave an impact when revisited every few years.

Not crucial, but I do like it. The hallmark of a great game to me is one that makes me want to replay it immediately after finishing it the first time.

Kind of a meta question. There are games that don't need replay, and games that are inherently replayable.

I have so many games that I wouldn't mind if there was no more replaying. I need to finish them before I die.

This, but I never play full price either. I got TLOU2 for $30, which is just about right.
