ScazarMeltex 11/29/20 12:00:25 AM #5:	States do this all the time. Right to Work in Missouri is a perfect example. Back in the 90s voters voted it down. Early 2000's same thing. So the state legislature (republican) passed it and the Governor (dem) vetoed it. So then when they got a GOP Governor they passed it again. Voters petitioned to get it on a general ballot and voted it down again.
