There is no excuse for fuckery like this. It's a nice night where I can sleep with the window open and get a nice breeze in, but noOoOoooOOO I gotta shut the windows and get too hot because some fuckwads have no clue their dog is outside disturbing the peace for hundreds of people.

A lot of counties have noise ordinance laws that deal specifically with barking dogs that bark for extended periods of time. In counties that do, you could technically call the cops and if they show up and hear the dog, the can cite the owner.
