Gay people are roughly 5% of the population, there doesn't have to be a gay character in literally everything like its just checking off a box. That and when video game developers these days follow the trend of making gay characters and straight characters or romance options 1 to 1 availability which just isn't realistic at all. Those are the main complaints I see from regular people. Those two agendas are valid in their own ways. It's just that one agenda consist of turning Amphibians gays.
