He is seeking 2.9 million from Dr Ronald Rosen for "professional negligence" as he says he, his wife and their 2 kids were patients of Dr Jiggles from 2015-2018 At some point though Rosen got involved with his wife as Tone went to him in November 2018 to treat his depression he was experiencing over his marriage falling apart He was prescribed MARIJUANA and CBD and gave him counselling on how he could improve it But then Tone's wife said that he was having an affair with Dr Cheater as even he has a wife and 2 kids of hiw own... Tone freaked and divorced his wife in 2019 Tone says he suffered emotional distress with the loss of his marriage and emotional and social destruction of his family thanks to him and his tramp wife Tone is a musician and financial advisor for Merrill Lynch The doctor has not responded to dailymail on the lawsuit as he specializes in "integrative medicine" that mixes traditional medicine with holistic alternatives such as acupuncture, nutrition and herbology Rosen is also a certified LAUGHING YOGA INSTRUCTOR...
