Pops left and he ignores my messages. Probably didn't make him proud enough.

Mom stuck it out, but I know I've made her cry a bunch of times. Like not doing well in school or getting arrested right in front of her.

The pressure to make it up to them just builds and builds. I fear the day they die because I'll know I won't get another chance to show them I could have been all they wanted me to be.

At times, though not for those types of reasons - more they see I'm not happy/lonely at times and feel bad that I haven't taken some steps that could have helped.

Do you still talk to your mom? Sometimes saying exactly what you said here is a good start

My father died ashamed of me, 8 years and a complete 180 on my life and I still have to live with that, lol.

My mum says shes proud of me, so theres that.
