I have no internet outside of my phone so if I do a hotspot it lets me play but the hotspot is like 200 kbps so if I want to download the PS4 update itd take 8 hours plus be taxing af on my phone which is my only connection to the internet. The games should be playable offline theyre all downloaded on to my PS4 and the $70 (on sale) 2TB hard drive I purchased. But Sony decided to be fuckfaces about this shit. I no longer had access to the email address I had used to set it up. and I needed that email address to sign in. I did a text chat online with the help people, and was able to prove it was my console and account and they modified my account to have my new email address.
