Same, except it's my stepmom, and they won't let me in to see her.

He's been in the hospital, but they let him come home the other night.

As soul crushing as it is to watch him die, we'll take care of him until the bitter end. We owe him that.

I've lost a few friends to this plague already this year. It never gets any easier.

The best you can do is cope and keep them in your memory, both the good and the bad to truly encompass their essence.

I feel for you guys.

My mom also got Covid a few months ago. Thank god she got over it.

No, they're just broke and had to keep working at work, both my mom and dad. My mom got it first, she's patient zero and works in a car dealership service department. They wear masks and shit but that's not 100% effective especially when they're old and compromised.

I've worked through the entire pandemic at work too, but I'm religious about wearing my mask, disinfecting with bleach, hand sanitizer, etc.. I also mostly work in a warehouse alone, overnight.
