It's currently 48-50 for Dems vs Republicans, and 51 is needed for senate majority. In the case of a tie breaker, VP kamela Harris will overrule and count as a senate vote. Deadline to voter registration is December 7. Early voting begins December 14 and election day is January 5th. More info below.
