Nice - not too familiar with the genre tbh guess I'm just not hip but this might be a great time to get familiar

Really like the way the instrumentation is arranged here, kind of reminds me of Yngwie Malmsteen in a way some of the things going on in the song

Sucks, do you have a 3.5mm jack in yer stereo? :o - I'm headed to NY to do some quick electrical work at my brothers place and give them a hand moving in. I told them there's no way I'm going over there unless they do a COVID test since my grandfather just started his chemotherapy >_>

brother rec'd it. I was checking out the new king gizzard while reading this. it has a three song stretch of some Turkish funk/psychedelia shit that reminded me of altin gun, so just kinda on the brain at the time.

I don't have a jack, but I do have a tape deck and one of those 'tapes' you can use to stream music from another device. I don't really use it though, as 1: Data limits, and plus for a really good drive I probably won't have cell service anyway. ((I do have a few CD's now though)) No Cranberries though. :-(

The St. Mathews Passion was almost a joke answer, but I will say, I haven't learned it all because I was planning on picking it up for a trip to Vermont someday. Side note: Bach does something right off that bat in that one that took me forever to notice....and he sorta borrowed that from Vivaldi. Heavy piece though.

The Cure I really good. I don't think I even have a proper album as Mixed up is sort of a remix greatest hits deal. Still a great introduction. I mean, this song is from 1980 and is mesmerizing.

I also should have added, REM, Green. That is a really cool album.
Also, maybe The Byrds, Eight Mile High is a classic.
For the Cranberries, No Need to Argue. There is a sort of suite at the end that is really well done.
And because I am on a Radio Head kick, absolutely The Bends or Ok Computer.
