Didn't that show go from having the sister of God as a main antagonist as some cosmic force of darkness only to have the devil come back in a later season? Talk about a regression.

Well I'm gonna pretend that it actually ended with season 5 and that the rest of the series is just Lucifer torturing Sam in Hell
Dean died in the most BS way
Who did Sam even marry? and why? did he quit hunting? because you can't hunt and expect to have a family

Who did he marry? I also wondered, maybe need to find the person credited for the role
He quit hunting? I think so, but his son had the same tattoo and it kind of implies he is doing it
I think they didnt fit enough stuff into the montage leading up to Sams death. Only two major things happened: he had a son named Dean and he went to get emotional in the car.

It was alright, but I personally was let down by it. My wife liked it.

Our assumption is that they clearly decided to focus on the brothers and they kind of refused to include a bunch of Easter Eggs and goodies because of that. I also thought they might do something more with the Heaven angle. Jack just shows up when Sam does and says something like Youre both here now. Im glad would have been fine. He admitted to being pretty hands off with the Godhood, but they were his friends so they have a special exception. I think most people expect to meet God in Heaven, like a reward or something.

I liked it. Simple and effective. I think they could've fleshed out Sam's story just a little bit more and it did seem pretty identical to the ending of The Vampire Diaries but other than that, I have no complaints, and believe me, I do love to shit on this show.

I wished they could've just waited to do the finale justice but covid happen and contracts were running out. It really is a disappointing end to a 15 year journey.

Also the decision to use a terrible cover of the Kansas song is just so confusing.

It was disappointing although not quite on Dexter / Game of Thrones level. It just felt so...uninspired. It all makes sense, but it's bland after everything the characters have gone through. It doesn't help that it's set up to where multiple people involved over the 15 years would cameo, but COVID and scheduling issues stopped all of that.
