Everyone seems to have a different approach. When you have someone that always wants to pick a fight do you escalate it or shrug it off?

I handle this the same way that I handle anyone that I dont like: I act like they dont exist. I will not respond to anything they say or do, nor will l even look at them or acknowledge their presence. If they are in a group, I will say hello to and acknowledge everyone else in the group but them, etc. This approach has worked for me so far.

I've been taking that I nd of thing for years. There's a couple at work that constantly take advantage of me. A few weeks ago it hit a point that I just had to put a stop to it. We ended up in a big argument and I cut them off. Told them I was not ever going to help them again outside whatever my job requires me to do.

I tend to ignore as well. Recently a coworker quit who I had the most issues with, and am very glad they are not coming back.
