Yesterday I did a side mission and there was a woman who had been kidnapped that I saved. Then after I saved her I was talking to her, and I could hear Miles' dialogue, but when she was talking I couldn't hear her spoken words (just the subtitles).

Now I just reached a part where I am investigating a lair, and I interacted with a laptop which put me on a live chat with the kingpin. And He is talking, but I can't actually hear him (can see the subtitles so I know what he is saying). Miles is talking though, and I can hear Miles.

Anyone else experience this?

Edit: Also, there's a character in this game that is deaf and does not speak, this was not the character I was referring to above
