I think Kojima is extremely overrated but talentless hack is another massive exaggeration.

Talentless is the guy across the street who lives with his mother and does nothing all day.

Kojima's stories are far from perfect, some even far from good, but talentless is absolute nonsense.

I could name a ton of stupid things Kojima has said or done (transfarring...) and you could think the entire MGS story sucks dick, but gaming is multifaceted and there's always something to like about an MGS game whether it be music, bosses, level design, story, gameplay, stealth, something.

He's actually rusty. He is hesitant and that gets him whooped even moreso, but he still wasn't talented enough at the beginning to beat her regardless.

Yeah snake wasn't really trying at all, he just let the boss break his arm in the first fight because reasons.

I have 0 interest in death stranding (Silent Hills was way more exciting...) and even then I'm not dumb enough to say talentless.

The people complaining about these people are way less successful isn't that funny? Some of them probably work at a burger joint. Which hey, we need those jobs, and I've worked low end retail before, but I wouldn't work a job like that and call a major developer talentless. Absolutely pathetic.

Man the high points in MGS3 are sofa king good. If you play them right at least. CQC against the Boss is one of the best final boss fights. But you don't want to beat her too fast that you don't get to hear the song.

I love MGS but I'm never a big fan of any kind of worship (you know what I mean) lol. Because he didn't create it all himself. It was a team of many people.

It takes a strong leader and an intelligent person to create a vision and lead people in the right direction, but he couldn't have done it all himself. And he didn't.

He absolutely did get better by defeating some of the cobra unit soldiers. It was a do or die situation and the fate of the world was at stake. That does make you fight better, no matter how good you are. I doubt Snake had ever fought a Shagohod on foot as well.

He admitted his own CQC was rusty. Like I said, he was hesitant which absolutely led to him performing worse, but he lacked technique AS WELL as conviction. It was both.

I'm sticking to what I think. He did learn stuff. Anybody who is human would have. Snake had to relearn proper techniques that were forgotten or rusty, and he had also never had sniper training in a jungle environment before. Only urban.

That's how I beat her though. There's a certain way to do it.

I'm 29 I've beaten that game over 16 times (mostly as a kid) but I beat all the difficulties.

I don't remember that boss fight being hard.

In fact all of MGS3 boss fights were easy.

Hardest is probably No Alerts, No Kills Ocelot Unit (1st one, not The End subistute).

The first time I ever beat her was definitely with the sniper rifle lol.

But at a certain point the sniper way becomes harder than the cqc way. You still have to run and let her come to you but then you time it right and wham.
