You can keep working if you want but as long as you work full time for 20 years you can get a monthly benefit large enough to solely survive on. All the work can be done by young people and robots. The new and improved USA

in our current model, I can't see it happening. the means of automation will be come at higher costs than smaller companies can afford. the biggest companies will have divisions where it isn't profitable to spend on automaton vs labor.
