I only had one of those, but jesus... it is not enjoyable when you have to go to the bathroom. I think my stomach particularly is sensitive to spicy foods and milk products. I ordered multiple hot sauces from their website, including The Last Dab, and I'd use too much anytime I used them because the actual flavor of most of them was really good! They're also really fucking hot and my gut was always destroyed in a fiery rage the next morning. I've had to cut back on spicy things significantly since.
