I'm not saying this was true a decade ago, because it wasn't, but it seems to be now. I mean, Microsoft has REALLY been pushing the line about the XBox Series X having amazing graphics, and of course there's TONS of online support, and that's exactly what all those casual gaming teens want. I don't know that many serious gamers over a certain age who own an XBox Series X or XBox One, but rather a PS4, or soon a PS5, or a Switch, and they play lots of different franchises.

I haven't bought an Xbox since the first generation. But that game pass tho. I'm trying to keep an open mind. Plus since I haven't owned a 360 or One, that's a lot of exclusives that become available to me.

I have Xbox one (X) because my friends play on Xbox one, thats the main reason.
Ive never really been enticed to buy a ps5. The exclusives arent really great imo, the best games are on all platforms. exclusives are bad marketing really, if I was a developer Id want everyone to play my game Tbh, people who actually look down on Xbox players because they worship Sony are sheep --- We are many, you are but one ... The most popular games are the same on both Xbox and Playstation. Fortnite, Call of Duty, GTA, Minecraft etc.
