In this one you get to play against the disease instead of as it. I just played a game on Casual and it's hard! It's much more realistic, too. In the original game, you controlled a ridiculously powerful patogenic against an insanely stupid humanity (you could infect billions of people before they started even considering closing airports). Your goal was to wipe out every human on Earth, and you lost if the disease got cured.
