Suppose that I was appointed to the Pentagon. Now I am not going to rush to destroy anything or anyone but what do I know about how stuff works. There are lots of routine activities that have to be kept going. Probably most of them run themselves. We are so used to having unqualified leadership that we have forgotten that leadership is essential to our well being.
