They purposely stalled the Gamecube release to prop up Wii sales. Despite the miserable launch line up, I was heartbroken when fucking Toys R Us sold my preordered Wii that I put a $100 hold on, despite the fact I showed up just minutes after they opened. Never bought from them again.
