I feel you man. I've been in a depression funk this last two months too, I don't have energy to do anything but go to work, come home, and sleep for ten plus hours a night.

I know how you feel, I'm stressed out from personality conflicts at work. I used to be really good at compartmentalizing and keeping that away from home, but in a telework environment the lines have become blurred and I've just been seeing a lot of frustrating stuff lately. I have to turn in part of my term paper this week and I haven't even started and I don't have the motivation or focus to double down on it.

We are all there for each other. Many times the solution when feeling down is to realise we are not alone in this, and that the people who are going through similar thoughts are somewhere around us. It's okay to go through difficulties when we have someone to share our difficulties with. Happy to see people rally together here.
