That's a solid set of scores for next gen launch titles. Though most of them are on current gen too I guess so the numbers aren't as impressive. Man XSX really has nothing new huh.

Tetris Effect Connected is also an Xbox console exclusive. No reviews for that yet though. And hey, Xbox has the best reviewed launch game! Until Demons Souls gets reviewed anyway.

I think it was closer to an 8 but yeah the gameplay is too one note to be anything more than that. It's basically carried on the strength of its story and characters.

I ended up enjoying astros playroom way more I'm thinking it might end up somewhere in my top 10 this year

Its an update of Tetris Effect with both co-op and competitive multiplayer. The co-op mode sounds great as its basically Tetris raid bosses. Its a timed Xbox/Microsoft Store exclusive but is on game pass and is coming to Playstation and Steam next year (as a free update if you already own the game). Looks really good.
