My wife wants to go to Mexico but I dont really wanna go to the beach resorts (Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, etc). It has never really been my thing.

I want to go to Mexico City after the pandemic is over but apparently, its.... too dangerous because of the cartels? any truth to that?

Money theyre going to use on overpriced food and lodging. Why bother kidnapping someone thats going to give you all their money anyway?

I would never risk it

Even if youre using a car to get around everywhere, having to constantly think about what roads to take and setting up strict schedules to make sure you're not out in certain areas after dark doesn't sound like a vacation to me
