It's really hard to tell.

Part of me wants to believe the GOP is just letting him do this shit so they can rile up more "voter fraud votes" in future elections.

But another part of me thinks they're playing with a fire they can't control and it's gonna be too late by the time they decide it's time to stop.

Idk. Supposedly they have like over 1,000 cases/reports of instances of irregularities that are going to be turned into affidavits. Poll watchers denied access to watch the counts. They had a whistleblower at a polling location that was supposedly told to backdate mail in votes, not check IDs or signatures, and fill in ballots that were incomplete. There was a bunch of other stuff I cant remember, but nothing seemed like a smoking gun? So idk.

Hopefully this goes quick, and its determined that everything was above board. That would satisfy the other half of the country, and thats what we need right now. There wont be unity if people think something fishy happened (whether it did or not is irrelevant). Proving it will calm things down and work in Bidens favor ultimately.

It feels like everyone else already forgotten the play they set up by replacing RBG with a lawyer who helped Bush steal the election from Gore despite how much everyone was losing their shit over it.

Trump has a contingency plan. He flat out admitted to it. Pence flat out admitted to it. Kavanaugh said he'll happily steal the election for Trump. I think McConnell also gave the game away.

Sworn affidavits are statements made under oath with penalty of perjury if lying. I highly doubt hundreds of random people are going to put jail time on the line when all they simply need to do is not give testimony, or swear anything.

If all this shit ends up going to SCOTUS they could rule in Trumps favor on a number of issues.

Judges have been throwing out his lawsuits left and right. Including at least one judge who was appointed by Trump.

Him firing top government officials, replacing them with loyalists, and drumming up support in his base that the election was a fraud does worry me though.

This is what I was talking about it my last post about the media not covering this properly. He won a case in PA to have some arbitrary amount of votes thrown out I think. But he definitely won that case...

They won't count votes received after election day. These votes already aren't included in the totals. The effect is negligible and the court was technically correct in its ruling.
