What I particularly liked about EG was that they were able to showcase like every song on their mini albums. Apart from the occasional awkward lyric, I've liked their sound throughout. To me they seem like they've been around longer than being in their sophomore year. Bit of a crime they couldn't land a win, I think for the year, after they stretched the number of appearances.

Kpop and jpop is kinda ridiculous. I mean i listen to some of that music, but i find it weird how many of the bands consists of like 1 or 2 vocalists and the rest are just dancers. Some of the bands have 6 to 10 members. And most are just there to dance!

Baekhyun's Japanese album was pretty cool.

Less conservative than typical K-Pop artist content but a little more line with western stuff. Not sure if the Japanese market is more like that, but good on him/producers probably taking up the freedom to make more of what they want. imo of the best vocalists in the industry. SM got lucky with being able to get him Kyungsoo, and Chen in EXO.

Wonder how Momolands agency is gonna respond to the video of Nancy actually now getting leaked considering they initially said the screenshots/pictures that were circulating for the last 2 weeks were not real and just deepfakes. Guess they didn't think someone would actually release it

Also its kinda crazy because them addressing the screenshots and trying to convince people they were fake to try and bury the story basically Streisand effected the video into actually being released publicly. The initial leaked screenshots didnt make big news even in Korea (and didnt even make it to international kpop outlets) at first and then as soon as the agency addressed it suddenly a ton of kpop fans all over the world were aware of what happened and it essentially sparked creepers all over the world to go on a massive hunt to track down the video which of course they did and now its out there. Gotta feel bad for Nancy, not only for being recorded secretly which is terrible in and of itself but also because her own company caused even more damage, if they had just kept their mouths shut this whole situation would've just faded away after a week or so
