Theres a liquor store I go to where they card everyone regardless of how old they are or if they know the customer. Otherwise no.

I have a pretty thick beard right now and I get carded maybe 50% of the time. When I was clean shaven it was like 90%

Yeah I always do at my local stores and restaurants.

Vegas is the only place I've been where I wasn't consistently carded

Yes at the liquor store. Mostly because their policy is to simply scan every ID at checkout to verify its authentic. I usually dont in bars/restaurants but I havent been to one of those since like February.
