I remember several months ago @Balrog0 had a fitness topic where everyone would post their goals and check in frequently to post about how its going. It was a good way to stay motivated and keep track of progress. I'm just restarting that.

I was working out from May through August, made solid progress, was decently happy with my recomp. But I stopped in Sept and Oct due to a brutal work schedule, pretty much working around 80 hours a week and flipping back and fourth between nights. I regret not squeezing even mini workouts in. But now I want to get back on track.

Current weight: 180
Goal: Get down to 170 then recomp
Lifts:
Started everything at 45 lb plates - bench, squat, deadlift.
