Lets say I make a couple hundred thousand a year.

How can I break to the next level and get to a couple million? I'm talking beyond just maximizing basic investments like retirement funds, etc.

Obviously it will take some high risk high reward investments but like what?

Not that I'm actually considering this but theres a 46% chance of winning by doing that but with high stakes alot of that winning will end up going to taxes. The risk-reward is somewhat deceiving and really not worth it at all.

Mostly personal gain.
I have not decided yet what % of my income I want to donate and I dont know what causes. But I certainly plan to do so at some point. Causes that are highest priority to me are underserved/underprivileged children like orphans as well as homeless.

This is exactly right. Thats why I need ideas other than just stock market and real estate which seems to be by default what everyone tries to do.

not an expert or anything, but I've noticed that most people that start their own companies usually take an idea and make it their own. like "I'm selling XYZ, but I will do ABC to make my company different from the others"

good example: in my town we have a place called insomnia cookie. they are a bakery that sells mainly cookies obviously, but their business model is that they deliver until 3 AM. as far as I know, no other company does that.
