Americans are far more likely to take things out on each other than to do something as reckless as to assassinate a political figure. It can happen (see: Gretchen Whitmer) but by and large it's not something you're going to see unless you're dealing with truly deranged people and those people can exist all across the spectrum.

Trump legion riots seem reasonable.
