While faithless electors in the electoral college is a thing, by common purpose they don't have a will beyond what is given to them from the states, so the "voters" in the EC voting against her does not reflect anything other than how the votes of the November election is split between certain landmasses of the United States of America. Therefore, saying that the "voters voted against her and it reflects badly on her", would naturally refer to the November election popular vote outcome, which of course didn't vote against her.
