ALBW is just better but the original is still better than anything they made for N64 / GC / Wii

ALttP was great, and will always be on of my favorite Zelda games; but ALBW was more visually appealing and the items and story were cooler.

LttP was my first Zelda game, but even with the nostalgia while playing the original, ALBW is still a better game.

Both are great games and some of the better games in the Zelda franchise. I overall like ALBW more though for having better dungeons and for how cool the wall-merging mechanic was.

It started development as a remake, but it's a direct sequel set 10 years later.

A Link Between Worlds is awesome, but getting the items at Ravio's instead of in dungeons made for a lacking experience in my opinion. Finding an item in a dungeon and then using it to explore it in its entirety is one of my favorite parts of Zelda.

A Link to the Past is my favorite in the series. And playing the randomizer recently has made it even more fun.

Eh, the dungeons in ALBW still had some great rewards or things to look forward to, like the Blue Tunic and those gems that upgrade the Master Sword.

They're nice rewards, but they just don't give the same feeling that progression items do.
