Some of the Fight Night cards this year have been excellent.

UFC 249 is definitely worth checking out for the sheer star power they (tried) adding due to it being the first show back from the pandemic.

I won't say who's fighting, because I recommend watching the whole season. The final fight is considered the fight that saved the UFC, or put it on the map

UFC 141 was a pretty damn good one.

I think UFC 217 was pretty good as well.

UFC on FOX 4 sticks out as a good one but I can't recall all the fights, so I don't know.

Just looked these up and yeah, I think they're pretty decent. 189 is about as perfect an event you'll have suggested, so I don't know how these will hold up in comparison.
