I say PS4 specifically because that version is on sale for dirt cheap, but most of the reviews that I saw were for PC and what I saw of the game looked like it would be better on PC. (My laptop is horrible though, so that's out). The PC reviews were good, though, and the game seems fun. I wasn't sure if the PS4 version was as good or not, or if it's worth considering for $5.

Anyone have any input/specifically on the console version to note if it's comparable to the PC version?

Bump. I suppose it is a fairly specific question about a seemingly niche game.

i played the pc version. it requires a lot of precision clicks. using a controller for these kind of games may be frustrating.

its a really good game though

Simply download the PS4 demo.

Does it have one? I wasn't sure since it seems a bit obscure, but could try that if it has one.

Yeah, that's kind of how it looked from what I saw. It's really cheap on PS4, but it may not be worth trying if the controls get in the way.

The controls are actually fine on ps4 because instead of clicking spots you use the joysticks to move and being near a thing activates the ability to interact with it.

I haven't played Shadow Tactics but I've played Desperados 3 which I believe controls very similarly. I actually surprisingly preferred the controller on that game due to the character movement. It's slow paced and stuff like shooting enemies or whatever is lock-on so it's fine.

It's possible they improved the controls for Desperados 3 but I honestly think you'll be fine.

Interesting. If the controls are adjusted for console, then it should be good to go I think.

Thanks for the input, that's exactly what I wanted to know. I couldn't find much info on the console version, as a lot of the discussion and reviews were for the PC version.
