Like not even an hour or 2 of being hesitant to stop mace from ending palpatine, he goes on a full murderous rampage at the jedi temple and kills everyone there.
For someone that was always hesistant something was the right thing to do up to that point, he sure had no qualms about killing everything in his path Especially with colleagues he's worked with for over a decade. The raiders are a different story. They werent his former friends and colleagues + they had just killed his mom.
Clone Wars Anakin shows us he's very loyal to his Jedi allies and would do anything to rescue them despite the constant doubt he has in the order. That one kid who takes a startled step back when Anakin draws his lightsaber is unironically the most well-acted moment in that entire movie.
