Honestly expected it to be mostly ignored. I just hate how much I see people trying to shame others into voting particularly on twitter. It's pretty gross imo.

I will absolutely shame people into voting.

I don't care who you vote for. Just go fucking vote. Our government is supposed to represent the voice of the people, but it is physically incapable of doing so if the people refuse to have a voice. It's a (form of) democracy. It doesn't function without participation. You may have the right to refuse to vote, but I also have the right to judge you for it and treat you accordingly.

Choosing not to vote is how you use your voice to say I dont like either of these candidates, both of them have failed to earn my vote.

What if your convictions is not to vote if you dont like either candidate? Then not voting would be standing up for your convictions. Honestly I think it's more cowardly to vote because other people think you should.

You should vote, but keep in mind that your individual vote is insignificant, if not meaningless(at the presidential level, at least). Cast it in whatever way helps you sleep at night.
And do a lot more than just vote.
