I just stirred my coffee anti-clockwise and I'm left handed. Wondering if this is a southpaw thing.

No idea right now but the results of this is really interesting to me.

I am right handed and I go clockwise first, then stir the opposite direction after 10 seconds or so.

Clockwise, but then switch to counterclockwise for a bit at the end because I like seeing the momentum shift.

i start clockwise and then go counter clockwise for maximum stirrage
it's about an 80-20 split, i like to reverse the current towards the end
i've developed this practice over decades of chocolate milk consumption and i'm confident that it's the best method

Tbh this is closer to what I do as well. If it actually helps mix things up any better, I don't know, but in my head it makes sense.
