Ive been feeling this lately. Ive been working from home for the last seven months and am not getting enough exercise.

7kg and intermittent back pain later, I am feeling like 20kg of crap in a 10kg bag

Well, 67kg of crap in a 58 kg bag
it used to be better when i was in quarantine and i had so much free time i exercise 1-2 hours a day.

now getting back to work i went back to sedentary lifestyle because fuck i'm tired

Ah I getcha.

At least when I was working Id get in a very brisk walk from the station to work and a good long walk at lunch. Then the reverse of the trip in on the way home.

These days I feel bad about leaving my wife alone with the kids for any length of time, because they are insane little gremlins
