That being said, this month of the debate, covid, etc etc has put Trump way behind where he would have been, so, despite what the polls say, it's a coin toss. I could see Biden winning, but I don't think it's in the bag like the polls say. Before recently, I would have said Trump was dead set to win because of all the stuff the past few years that fell through: the impeachment (couldn't remove him), the Russia collusion (couldn't nail him). The Democrats really deflated any steam they had. That is, until Covid. As strange as it is, in terms of the election, Covid was a great blessing to the Democrats, because it's close relation to science and healthcare, Trump is just abysmal at handling it. Everything else he can mostly swing, or at least convince his base he's doing good at. Without Covid, it would have been in the bag for Trump, end of story. He is a much stronger candidate than Biden. I had initially predicted Kamala as the nominee, because when I saw her grill Bill Barr on the senate committe, I was like "Woah, she has some talent." But, I haven't seen her bring that fire back since, and she seemed pretty weak up against Pence the other night. I can see why she is not the nominee now, so my prediction was definitely wrong. The only person the Democrats have who is on the same level as Trump in terms of persuading people, is too young to be President: AOC. I love her.
