He checks to see if the dog was alright before TAKING it with him as she screams "You're stealing my dog" as the video cuts.

He has now taken the dog to live with him and ADOPTED it and named it MOVIE.

He has gained over 22 million views for the video as users said "it's so sad people are like this in the world.I'm so thankful that you rescued this dog from this racist psychopath?"

Another said "The fact that the dog ran to the person it wasn't familiar with shows that lady didn't treat it right"

He has set up a Gofundme for anyone who'd like to donate to the pup which is now named Movie

What he did is technically theft, but he shouldn't be charged unless refusal to return the pet. Meanwhile, she should be charged with animal abuse, which doesn't necessarily forfeit her ownership (depending on local laws), though even in that case, the pet would go into animal control.

Emotionally though, screw her.

I agree with this.

But even if the rules don't work that way, then we should just assume that the dog was taken away from her and given to a shelter due to her abuse by throwing it at someone else. And then he came along and adopted the same dog from the shelter.

All it's really doing it cutting through the red tape.
