 60ml Vodka 22.5ml Honey Syrup 22.5ml Lime Juice 8 Mint Leaves 1 Sugar Cube Angostura Bitters Shake Vodka, Honey Syrup, Lime Juice and mint leaves and muddled sugar cube in a shaker with crushed ice. Openly pour into a rocks glass and float Angostura bitters over cocktail. Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig. --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside..... It's a great drink. Normally I'm not the biggest vodka fan but it lacks complexity but this is a great tasting drink that's herbal and bright. The towards the end of the drink you get all the Angustora Bitters which gives the drink it's name. Essentially it's a Bees knees variation --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside..... Not a vodka man myself either, but my mother bought me and my brother a bottle last night for taking care of her father.

20th Century Cocktail
 45ml Gin 22.5ml Lillet blanc 15ml White Creme de Cacao 22.5ml Lemon Juice Shake and double strain into coupe glass. Zest lemon oils over top of drink and garnish with lemon twist --- "A human destiny, but nothing human inside..... What will be left of me when I`m dead?... There was nothing when I lived..." ...
