He was possibly the most intrusive, unaware, and ineffective worker I've ever worked with in my entire life. He ignored everything of what people were trying to do to get their job done so that they could do things his way, because he kept thinking he knew exactly how to handle every situation correctly. He would set up really intrusive and lengthy meetings, and every project he was involved with basically just took forever because all he would do is set up meetings and try to bring unnecessary people in so they can "really vibe and connect" or some shit.
