Because, generally, people are upset about their life being shitty so pointing it out will only make it worse but then again, if they stated that for the reason theyre being assholes, i guess theyre asking for it.

Highly doubt an asshole whose lives suck coming online to be an asshole is playing chess. They come online to think they can make themselves feel better but they usually always end up worst. You come online to be an asshole because your life sucks but then shit just turns back on you and you end up even more miserable.

You can do whatever you want. I just feel like it's wasteful if you have an awful life and use these boards to be a complete asshole to try to make yourself feel better from it because it never works out that way.

Yeah! I'm more likely to direct my bitterness towards my own self. I stopped blaming others once I left high school. There was no one around but me so I was forced to do some introspection.

Being an ass towards others is unrelated to my pains however. Even if my life was great, I might still be an ass. I just wouldn't come to Gamefaqs and spend hours on this site.

Falls in line with people who thinks free speech means they can say whatever they want and everyone will have to deal with it. Which is why I said most people come online thinking it's a safe space to relieve stress but it backfires a lot which defeats the purpose.

It's time for my big reveal.

My pain has tempered me in a way that I don't actively wish pain on others when they've done nothing to me. And so even though it's online, I actually don't try to be an ass intentionally. I'm not nice, don't get me wrong. I just don't have any reason to attack anyone unless they attack me first.
