You know something I thought of that's probably irrelevant...the Stormfront file A-Train stole from the Church and gave to Hughie and Starlight only had the Nazi stuff in it didn't it? All the stuff they showed or the audio they played with the news reports was specifically the same stuff she told and showed Homelander.

So the whole Stormfront = Liberty thing kind of just...disappeared?

I think someone stated, but Stormfront has shown to be pretty tanky and Homelander did say she was being locked up somewhere (or he could be lying for PR reasons) so there is a possibility she isn't dead yet. There is still potential for her to be relevant in later seasons. But yeah I agree with the person who said Alistar being killed off was wasted, to me it feels like wasted potential since he is the face of the Church and it's shown the church has lots of influence in this world.

I don't think that even implied, I'm pretty sure the only history we know of the Church was that it was founded by Nazis/White Supremacists (which included Adana's grandfather) and Stormfront was a member.

I don't know if there's going to be an explanation for when or why they started allowing non-white people but I think the "inspiration" for that is probably what happened with Mormonism in the 70s and the creators/writers just cranked it up to the extreme.

Also random but Maeve referred to her as "Serb" during the fight I wonder if that was just Maeve being an idiot or if Stormfront wasn't actually German and they just dropped that in out of nowhere >_>

i read the comics and i think it's clear based on noir using knives as his primary tool. also an epi-pen can pierce his skin, apparently. since he carries one.

if homelander gets killed i think ryan will fill that role, but i doubt ryan will go nuts like noir did

she deff called her kraut at least once but idk if that's what bio was referrin to

yea, I could see Ryan being the one to kill Homelander - Stormfront was able to tank Homelander's eye beams (maybe he gave her a low dose; idk) while Ryan's obliterated her

even if he's not strong enough now, he likely at least has the potential. Butcher seemed to believe that, too

True, but with the massive light flash and explosion they made it clear Ryan's blast was of a higher magnitude than we've seen thus far

Besides, the only person who can hurt Homelander is Homelander, so his son being the one to end him makes sense

Ryan is 100% replacing Black Noir as the one to kill Homelander. imo that scene was meant to show Ryan can be more powerful than Homelander.

Remember, we saw Homelanders fantasy where he basically nukes the crowd with his laser eyes. I think that's Homelander letting loose and I think the show purposely showed us that. And showed when Ryan lets loose its a whole other order of magnitude

At bare minimum theyre equally matched and Ryan cant control his lasers yet. But if they do play it straight with Ryan being the one to end HL then he has to be at least somewhat stronger.

Well thats the thing: Ryan not knowing how to use his powers may be decieving you. Look back at the laser tits scene. Same general effect on her wound there as when she got Anakind. If Homelander at his level with far more precise beams causes that its not implausible to think he could have matched Ryan if he truly went all out.

it could go either way. We just havent seen enough of Ryans powers to really make a call on experience vs power.
