I didn't think the second movie was great, and neither was the corresponding arc but it did have one character appearance that I thought was fun. The good thing about the ToP is that its filler/random fights are pretty self-contained in one episode at a time, so you can easily skip the lame ones on a rewatch without missing much. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction. You have to go into it knowing that the start has some serious art/animation issues, but once you get to U6 and accept that Dragon Ball is gonna stay Dragon Ball (power level inconsistencies and all), it's so much fun to watch. The characters are still classic, and a lot of the new characters for Super are outstanding. Hit and ~~Zamasu~~ are on my top 10 overall list nowadays. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
