1) The only people that like Nashville are people that escaped crappy rust belt states or republicans from solid liberal states. You can literally wait in any line here and here some escapee from some suburb of Cleveland, Ohio brag about how much they love Nashville, TN or some renegade hardcore Republican that said the legalization of weed was the last straw in California and that I live in(insert rural county that doesn't even border the county Nashville is in or hell Kentucky) and boast about how he or she lives in Nashville now.

2) The weather is terrible, it is basically Michigan winters/Spring without the snow on the ground. The trees are dead and brown af, it's either cloudy at 45-60 degrees F, raining at absolutely 36.9-42 degrees F, or it's sunny and 10 degrees F until May 1st where it's suddenly in the upper 80s with allergy season here to say hello. Lets not forget the blue balls you will get from that random 2 day period of 70 degree weather followed by a cold front bringing sleet within minutes.

3) The drivers are awful and this will be the first you notice here. For example, whenever I leave this state, it takes me a few minutes to realize that the left lane is for passing only. In TN, unless you are going below the speed limit, the left lane is for cruising.

4) The Nashville tax....I get it, LA is expensive, NYC is expensive, San Fran is expensive, but at least they have a reason to be expensive. Nashville has the audacity to charge 12 dollars for a bud lite, 25 bucks for an overrated meal, 8 dollars for a damn donut, 100 dollars for a hotel, $1200 for rent. Why? Because people from LA or NYC think $1200 rent is equivalent to a free ** from Scarlett Johansson and will simply ignore paying 12 dollars for a bud lite at a bar and a mediocre 25 dollar meal from Martins BBQ.

5) Pretentious ass service workers here) If you have roommates, a paid off drivable car, deferrable or low student loans, and make at least 30k-40k then you could easily feel like you are the 1% in Nashville. I kid you not, people **** brag about their Top Golf jobs while living in some yuppy area with 3 roommates lol. When you eat out here, it's not uncommon to have some server feel like they are above you and give you **** service lol.
